On Wednesday, May 25, MPS students met with children from La Victoria Elementary to discuss the project they will be working on and divide into small groups. Our students will be conducting morning and afternoon small group sessions with 4th, 5th and 6th grade students, with each group constructing their version of “The Perfect Neighborhood.”
Friday, May 27, was the last of our Spanish classes. We learned a lot about the Spanish language, Costa Rican history and Liberia. Muchas gracias to Oscar Torres, our Spanish instructor.
After Spanish class, MPS students met with parents at La Victoria to discuss their project and to answer questions. Next week, students will begin work with the elementary school groups.
